What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, travel dates, number of travellers, interests and any notes you add. We also record how you reached this website (for example an advertisement or a search), so that we understand which of our communications are useful.

If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we receive your number and the content of your messages through that service.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to design and propose your journey, and, if you travel with us, to make and manage the arrangements for it. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your agreement.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are stored with our website host. If you confirm a journey, we share only what is necessary with the people delivering it, such as your accommodation and the forest department for permits.

Measurement and advertising

This website may use analytics and advertising measurement tools (such as Google and Meta) to understand visits and to measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries. These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
