Our Mission

The story of Safari Vista is deeply rooted in the passion and dedication of our founder, Amith Bangre. Born in Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka, a region renowned for its diverse flora and fauna in the Western Ghats, Amith developed a profound interest in wildlife from a young age. His journey into the wild began at the age of 16 when he started his career as a wildlife researcher, conducting his studies on foot in the dense jungles of the Western Ghats.

With a wealth of experience and knowledge gained from years of on-the-ground research, Amith transitioned into a role as a Naturalist, working with luxurious jungle lodges across central India. Over the past two decades, he has made significant contributions to forest conservation and the hospitality sector, gaining deep insights and a profound love for India’s forests and wildlife.

Amith’s wife, Honey Dhawan, an advocate by profession, shares his passion for wildlife. Together, they have explored nearly every corner of India’s jungles. Honey’s enthusiasm and dedication to wildlife have made her an invaluable part of their journey, adding a unique perspective to their shared adventures.

Their combined expertise and love for nature form the backbone of Safari Vista, ensuring that every safari tour we offer is infused with their deep knowledge and passion for India’s natural heritage.
